Crypto orders
When you pay with USDC or SOL, we collect:
- your email, for order updates;
- your shipping name and address;
- the wallet address that paid and the payment transaction. These are public on the Solana blockchain by nature.
Card orders
Fourthwall collects and holds your payment and shipping details under Fourthwall's privacy policy. We never see your card. We receive the order details we need to track it: the order number, what you bought, its status, and your region (state and country).
Who we share it with
- Printful gets your name, address and email to print and ship a crypto order (Printful's privacy policy).
- Fourthwall runs card orders end to end.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and processes your requests to serve it.
That's it. We use your details only to fulfil and support your order. We don't sell them, share them with advertisers, or email you marketing.
Cookies and your browser
We don't use analytics or advertising trackers. The site sets one session cookie (random, nothing personal in it) so checkout works and abuse can be rate-limited; rate limits store a salted hash of your IP address, not the address itself, and are cleared regularly. Your bag and shipping region are saved in your own browser.
How long we keep it
- We keep your details only as long as we need to confirm your order arrived and sort out any problem with it. Your name, address and email are deleted from a crypto order 30 days after it's delivered or refunded.
- An unpaid checkout is deleted within a day of its price hold running out.
- We keep basic order records (items, amounts, transaction IDs, region) where we need them for tax and accounting.
- On-chain data, like the wallet that paid and the transaction, can't be deleted by anyone, including us.
