What you're buying
$MERCH sells print-on-demand merch for memecoin communities. Every item is made to order after you pay, then printed and shipped to you. The designs are fan-made: we're not affiliated with or endorsed by the teams behind the coins whose art appears.
Where the profit goes
Half of each order's profit buys the coin on the item and half buys $MERCH, held in a public wallet anyone can check. That's what we do with our profit, nothing more. We make no promise about any coin's price or value, and buying merch doesn't give you a stake in anything. It's a hoodie, nothing more.
Two ways to pay
- Card. Card checkout is run by Fourthwall, the merchant of record. Fourthwall takes the payment, prints, ships, charges any sales tax and sends your order emails. Fourthwall's terms, return policy and privacy policy apply to card orders.
- USDC or SOL. You pay on Solana with Solana Pay, from your own wallet to our treasury wallet. Printful prints and ships the order. These terms cover crypto orders.
Prices and shipping
- Prices are in US dollars.
- For a USDC or SOL order, the token amount is fixed when you check out and held for 15 minutes. Pay within that window.
- Shipping on crypto orders is Printful's rate for your address, shown before you pay. We only ship to countries Printful ships to. Card orders pay Fourthwall's shipping at its checkout.
- Crypto orders: any import duties, customs fees or local taxes charged on delivery are yours to pay.
Crypto orders are final
Once your USDC or SOL payment is confirmed on chain, the order is final and non-refundable, except in the cases on our refunds page (short or late payments, a design blocked or taken down before it prints, or an order we can't fulfil). Misprints and damaged items get a reprint.
Check your address
You type the shipping address, so getting it right is on you. If a parcel goes to a wrong address you entered, we can reship it, but the reprint and shipping cost extra.
Designs we take down
We screen every design and can remove a collection at any time (see our IP & takedown policy). If that happens after you've paid but before your order prints, you get a refund.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown when you paid applies to your order.
