Card orders: Fourthwall handles it
Card orders are handled by Fourthwall, the merchant of record. Refunds, returns, damaged parcels and chargebacks for card orders follow Fourthwall's return policy and Fourthwall's terms. Reply to your Fourthwall order email, or write to us and we'll point you the right way.
Crypto orders are non-refundable
Every item is printed for you after you pay, so a USDC or SOL order is final and non-refundable once your payment is confirmed. That includes change of mind, ordering the wrong size, and the token's price moving after you paid. Check the size guide on Shipping and sizing before you order.
When we do refund a crypto order
We refund in the same token, to the wallet that paid, when:
- Your payment arrived short. It was less than the order total, so we don't print it and send back what arrived.
- You paid in SOL after the 15-minute price hold. The price is no longer guaranteed, so we send it back. A late USDC payment is the same dollars, so that order goes ahead.
- The print file is blocked at our final screening check before printing.
- The design is taken down before your order prints.
- We can't fulfil the order, for example Printful refuses it or it still can't go to print 48 hours after you paid.
Refunds are sent from our treasury wallet, and your order page links the refund transaction. Paid more than the total? The order goes ahead; email us and we'll send the difference back.
Misprints and damaged items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll arrange a free reprint through Printful. If a parcel never arrives, tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll chase it with Printful and the carrier.
Wrong address
The address you enter is your responsibility. If a parcel is returned or lost because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it, but the reprint and shipping cost extra.
Returns
Because everything is made to order, crypto orders can't be returned or exchanged for another size. Misprints and damage are covered above.
